Kuay Tiew Zabb @ Melaka Raya 泰式餐厅

I was back in Melaka for the weekend and asked Chin Yee out for lunch. As usual, Melaka was packed during the weekend, we tried to go to another cafe but Chin Yee couldn't find a parking so we had to go here instead. I had previously gone to this restaurant was good so I suggested we came here.

周末的马六甲总是挤满了人，尤其是鸡场街，根本是不能去的。在经历了塞车和找不到停车位后，我们放弃了原本想要去的餐厅，选择了我们的第二爱吃的食物 - 泰式料理。
这家泰式餐厅是倩雯推荐的，因为她去那里吃过，觉得很不错吃。

The restaurant was not small and cozy. We went near Christmas time so the shop was decked out in Christmas decoration. It had simple furniture that went well with the overall feel of the shop.

这是一家小小的店面，里面放了不多的座椅。整家店的设计都很简单，我倒觉得这样不错。
我们去的时候刚好是圣诞节期间，所以店家布置了一下。

Chin Yee ordered fried sliced pork with garlic served with omelette on rice. Honestly, I didn't really taste much of the garlic. The meat was really tender though. It tastes okay.

这是我点的大蒜炒猪肉片和煎蛋套餐。这是一个很简单的料理，所以我也没有什么很大的期待。不过，我真的尝不到太多的大蒜味，这倒是让我失望了一下，因为我很喜欢吃大蒜的。

Fried sliced pork with garlic served with omelette on rice RM 9.90

I ordered spicy dry fried pork with rice. There was a lot of turmeric and way too salty. It does have a kick to it, which was good. Honestly, the spice factor is the only thing good about it. Thankfully there was rice so that the saltiness could be somewhat neutralised.

这是倩雯点的辣炒肉碎和荷包蛋套餐。老实说，这一点都不辣，反倒是黄姜味很重。它的味道甚至盖过了肉味，而且很油腻。

Spicy dry fried pork with rice  RM 8.90

My mum who tagged along ordered Thai style fried glass noodle with seafood in Thai red sauce. This dish just taste meh. Although it's supposed to be a noodle dish, you can't really see the noodles.

这是倩雯妈妈点的海鲜炒冬粉。不得不说，我完全看不到冬粉在哪里啊，整个盘都被配料占满了。这道料理的味道也中规中矩，并没有很特出。

Thai style fried glass noodle with seafood in Thai red sauce  RM 9.90

This was my favourite snack from the restaurant. It's Thai style spicy crispy morning glory. However, this time when we ordered it, it was not as crispy as on my previous visits. On my previous visits, it was so crispy that it felt like a chip instead of a veggie. It was totally disappointing. The sauce that came with this had meat, prawn in it, which I loved.

这是一道小吃，店家把空心菜粘粉后拿去油炸，再搭配店家特制的酱汁。我真的没有看过或吃过这样的料理，所以觉得很新奇，也很期待会是怎样的味道。据倩雯所说，她之前来吃过的比这次更加酥脆好吃。不过我没吃过啊，所以就觉得这个也不错，只是有点油。
店家搭配的酱汁也很好吃，类似熬煮过的汤头，就好像日本料理天妇罗的酱汁。我以为会很咸或很辣，可是也还好，我反而希望它可以再咸一点。

Thai style spicy crispy morning glory RM 15.90

We also ordered Thai northeastern style spicy soup with pork spare ribs. The soup is sour, but it wasn't sour enough for me. The meat is tender, which is good. I do wish that there's more stuff in the soup though.

我们也点了一道汤品，这是南方式的泰式辣汤。它的卖相并不是很好，很像那种在家自己煮的汤。里面的配料还算多，肉也很软嫩，只是汤头不够辣不够酸，并没有那种让人飙汗的程度。

Thai northeastern style spicy soup with pork spare ribs RM 25.90

For drinks, we ordered Thai ice tea and Thai ice green milk tea. The drinks were refreshing and exactly you would imagine it to taste.

至于饮料呢，我们点了泰国到处都可以看到的奶茶。泰国人好像真的很喜欢这种饮料，我去泰国的时候，他们连早餐都喝冰奶茶。

Overall, I'm very disappointed because it used to be a good restaurant. I feel like I won't visit this restaurant again,  but never say never. That's all from us, folks!

由于倩雯对它的评价很高，所以我很期待能吃到很好吃的泰式料理。没想到，它却让我失望了。这一餐让我吃得非常不满意不满足，除非有人请客，要不然我应该是不会再去了。
