Brussels Galerie @ Bangsar South 德国美食

It had been a long time since I met up with the gang, so when Chin Yee was coming up to Kl, we decided to meet up with our other friend. We decide to try Brussels Galerie since I  was craving for Western food.

我们有很久很久都没有一起吃饭聊天，难得我去了趟KL，就把这两人约出来吃午餐了。

这次去到的地方是正夯的Bangsar South，那里的有很多不同种类的美食餐厅。

We ordered a selection of food, as shown below:

我们选择了一家贩卖德式美食以及啤酒的店。
这次一起出来的人较多，所以我们也可以选择多点美食来试试了~

Now let's get into the review of each food!

We ordered this because the description of these cheese balls was amazing, however it was a downer when we actually bit into it. It was bland and had some vegetables in it. Just to clarify, I do not hate the fact that there are vegetables in it, it's just that it is tasteless.

芝士一直以来都是我们的最爱，虽然我们觉得自己可能吃不了那么多食物，可就是忍不住不点来吃吃。
这个芝士球的味道并没有很重的芝士味，准确来说，根本就没有想象中那种浓郁的味道。

This what Chin Yee ordered and I have to say it was okay. It wasn't great  but it was not totally bad either. The fries are kind of tasteless on their own, the black pepper sauce sort of rescued this dish.

这是我点的羊排，味道也没有很特出。不过，整体来说，还算是不错的，并没有什么腥味，配上酱汁也很好吃。算是一道中规中矩的餐点...

The mushroom soup was very thick. Texture wise kind of like sludge, it's really chunky. However, I find it below par. Campbell's Mushroom soup was way better. You know the soup sucks when canned soup beats it.

蘑菇汤的口感非常浓，感觉不是在喝汤了。面包很快就吸满了汤汁，根本吃不到面包的口感，不过，蘑菇味是蛮重的，味道也不错。

This spaghetti aglio olio was ordered by our friend. The spaghetti was not great, in fact the fish sticks was the best part of the dish, so you can draw your own conclusion of how subpar this spaghetti was.

这道酥脆鱼条大蒜意大利面是另一个朋友点的。面条吃起来并没有很重的大蒜味，味道也还好，所以整道菜也只有鱼条最好吃。

This was my spaghetti carbonara, which had to be one of the most horrible ones I ever had. It wasn't creamy enough and literally had no taste. I had to pour so much salt to taste anything. The price tag attached was exorbitant to boot.

这是倩雯点的奶油培根意大利面。老实说，一点也不好吃，奶油不够浓郁，味道也很淡。而最重要的是，价钱非常贵，根本就不值得。

 Last but not least, we ordered pork knuckle to try. It was served with a sauce that has a unique taste. The sauce was so unique that I have no idea how to describe it so I'm just going to call it Mystery Sauce and it does not taste good.

我们也另外点了德国炸猪手，这道主食算是好点了。肉非常多，而且外皮也炸得很酥脆，配上店家特调的酱汁吃下去，还挺有满足感的。虽然酱汁是还不错吃，但我们一点都猜不到里头有着什么配料，酸酸咸咸的，不像任何我们吃过的酱汁。

All in all, I would never come here again. The food and the price was not worth it. The food was bland and I feel like I could have done better, which shows how horrible it was. (FYI, I'm not a good cook)


整体来说，这家餐厅的料理并不是很理想，至少对我而言，价钱也有点偏高。不过，它坐落于Bangsar South而且还有啤酒小吃可以点，我相信这一点还是会吸引不少人去那里消费。

p.s. 听说它的啤酒还不错，得去试试看...
