住在马来西亚这个四季如夏的国家里,我相信几乎每个人都抗拒不了冰品的诱惑,尤其是卖相精美的冰品。
Chin Yee and I had been eyeing this particular franchise for a while but we kept procrastinating going there. After procrastinating so long, we finally made our way to the Mykori Dessert Cafe in SS2. When we arrived, the stairs was decorated with fake grass. The shop was decorated in a very simple and minimalist way. This shop not only serves icy desserts but also some pastries.
我和倩雯一直就很像来这家店试试了,可是一直抽不出时间。而这一次,我们就决定说不论如何一定要去这家店!
调查了一会,原来这家分店就近在咫尺,我每天和它插肩而过,竟然都没注意到。
除了刨冰,他们也有贩卖一些甜点。所以,不怕只有刨冰一样东西而觉得单调。
We ordered two different types of kakigori. The first one was my pick, the mango cheesecake one. I loved this kakigori. The taste of sweet mango and a hidden cheesecake underneath all the soft ice. The cheesecake was not overwhelmingly heavy but a nice compliment to the icy goodness. They even gave us a tiny jug with more mango sauce to pour on the ice.
我们分别点了两种刨冰和两样小吃。
第一个就是芒果芝士蛋糕刨冰,这不是什么特别的刨冰,但我们就是喜欢吃芒果啊~
芒果和任何冰品都很搭,微酸微甜的滋味就是那么令人着迷。
而这碗刨冰也内有乾坤哦,吃着吃着就会挖到了底部的芝士蛋糕。他们的蛋糕有点不一样,平常吃到的都是那种比较厚实浓郁的芝士蛋糕,但他们的是属于较为清淡的。
The next one was the melon kakigori. I like the sunflower seeds that came with it. The melon balls were not as sweet at the top but became sweeter as I eat. I think the meat of the fruit is from the different sections of the melon, so the different taste. It was okay, but I don't love it.
再来,就是蜜瓜刨冰啦~
之所以会选择这个刨冰呢,主要是因为它的卖相太吸引人了~哈哈哈!
店家把半粒的蜜瓜挖空后,就拿来盛刨冰,并将果肉都美美的排在冰上。我相信光是卖相,就让很多人掏钱买了吧~
味道的话,也就没什么特别,淋在冰上的也是普通的蜜瓜汁。
Up next was the taiyaki we ordered. We ordered one with red bean filling and another one with three different types of cheese.
The taiyaki texture was similar to a croissant. It was flaky and delicious. The red bean one was sweet, while the cheese was super cheesy and slightly salty .
接下来,就是小吃啦~我们点了他们家的招牌小吃 - 可颂鲷鱼烧。比起普通的鲷鱼烧,他们用的是可颂的饼皮,所以吃起来就是脆脆的。
上图的是芝士可颂鲷鱼烧,他们用了三种芝士做为馅料,所以吃起来非常浓郁。
第二个的是红豆馅的,甜甜的红豆泥作为甜点是最好不过了。
冰品一直都是身处热带国家的我们的最爱,也是闲聊时爱吃的甜品。如果你吃完晚餐后肚子还有空间的话,不妨去试一试咯~
